I am In search of God. What church is the “True Church” of God?

Question by iamguinea: I am In search of God. What church is the “True Church” of God?
I have attended many churches from Catholic to Mormon, Baptist, Pentecostal, Methodist, Lutheran. None of them seem more significant than the other. I need to hurry and find one, because they all teach I will go to hell if I’m a non-believer.

If your seeking God…SEEK GOD

‘No God’ slogans for city’s buses

Bendy-buses with the slogan “There’s probably no God” could soon be running on the streets of London. The atheist posters are the idea of the British Humanist Association (BHA) and have been supported by prominent atheist Professor Richard Dawkins. The BHA planned only to raise £5500, which was to be matched by Professor Dawkins, but it has now raised more than £36000 of its own accord. It aims to have two sets of 30 buses carrying the signs for four weeks. The complete slogan reads: “There’s probably no God. Now stop worrying and enjoy your life.” As the campaign has raised more than anticipated, it will also have posters on the inside of buses as well. The BHA is also considering extending the campaign to cities including Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh. Professor Dawkins said: “Religion is accustomed to getting a free ride – automatic tax breaks, unearned respect and the right not to be offended, the right to brainwash children. “Even on the buses, nobody thinks twice when they see a religious slogan plastered across the side. “This campaign to put alternative slogans on London buses will make people think – and thinking is anathema to religion.” Hanne Stinson, chief executive of the BHA, said: “We see so many posters advertising salvation through Jesus or threatening us with eternal damnation, that I feel sure that a bus advert like this will be welcomed as a breath of fresh air. “If it raises a smile as well as making people think, so much the better.” But

Church advertising

Graffiti on one of those incredibly lame church billboards. At least now it meets truth in advertising rules!

By the way churches: it’s not your lack of "txtspe4k" that is reducing congregation sizes. It’s the fact that most of us have moved on in the last few hundred years and outgrown our own imaginary friends, never mind yours.

The ‘God hates fags’ – Church (Hilarious!)

The Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) is a religious organization headed by Fred Phelps and based in Topeka, Kansas, United States. The organization is monitored by the Anti-Defamation League, and is classified as a hate group. The church bases its work around the belief expressed by its best known slogan and the address of its primary website, “God hates fags,” and expresses the idea that nearly every tragedy in the world is linked to homosexuality — specifically society’s increasing tolerance and acceptance of the so-called “Homosexual Agenda.” The group maintains that God hates homosexuals above all other kinds of “sinners” and that homosexuality should be a capital crime. The church runs numerous websites such as GodHatesFags.com, GodHatesAmerica.com and others expressing condemnation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people, Roman Catholics, Muslims and Jews, as well as populations it believes are supporting the aforementioned groups, including Swedes, Canadians, Irish, British, Mexicans and Americans. kurl.nl?1B08
