Question by Ash: How would you decorate a desk to look like a control module for a space station?
My church is doing a camp for special needs kids and the theme is Galactic Blast. I need ideas on how to decorate the front desk… Any suggestions?

Computer(s) and screen(s) and keyboard(s) and joystick(s) and software for astronomy or space travel running on them. A video projector or large flat screen TV with computer images might be neat.
Painted white cardboard or foamcore board with a shape other than familiar rectangular. Slant sides, sharp angles (corners that are safe, though) and an overhead console would add to the impression.
