Planning a church fellowship dinner to celebrate everyone’s birthday, need ideas?

Question by An Inconvenient Thinker: Planning a church fellowship dinner to celebrate everyone’s birthday, need ideas?
People will sit at the table with the month of their birth, we will decorate with balloons, cupcakes with a candle for dessert, any other ideas?

Best answer:

Answer by Tonya W
Have a buffet -style lunch or dinner. Have everyone make a large foil pan of the food of their choice. Have everyone make something different and write down who’s bringing what so that way you won’t have too much of one thing. Have some people bring paper plates, cups, napkins, spoons, forks, knives, beverages, ice, etc.
