There is the San Juan Bautista Cathedral on 151 Christo Street 1-787-722-0861.The services are in Spanish Monday to Friday 12:15 pm Saturdays 7pm, Sunday 9am and 11 am.
They do hold services for Easter. But you can call and be sure of the exact time because they will have special quests who will sing and you won't want to miss it.
By the way the church's original building was built in 1521 but a storm destroyed most of it in 1526 but it was rebuilt in 1529 and is the last resting place of Juan Ponce De Leon.

Also is the historical Capilla de Cristo a chaplet that is on the end of this same street open only on Tuesdays from 10am to 3:30pm. It is said that there was a horse race between two competitors and one of the men was about to go off the cliff at the end of the street but it was by miracle that he and his horse were saved. So this chaplet was built right on that very same spot. They say Christ saved the rider and horse so the chaplet is called Capilla del Cristo or Christ Chapel. There is no phone there but the persons at the Cathedral will happily inform you more on possible service at the Chaplet.
